This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 04, 2009:
I have successfully learned how to deal with heartbreak without turning my heart to stone. People told me all the time that I wear my heart on my sleeve. it's true, I do. But even with all the hurt, I still haven't hidden my heart away. I still don't shelter it. My heart is still flesh and blood... it might have a lot of scars on it, but it's still alive.

I am so glad that there are still people brave enough to do so. that circumatances, or sheer courage, have allowed you to have an open heart, despite the potential heartbreaks that life offers us all, is a small miracle.
but I read recently, that there are no small miracles: that miracles are miracles, large or small, there is no distinction. they are miracles, one and all.
